Please fill out this form to submit your personal information and a written biography for your classmates. This form is for your convenience and to help us keep all submissions in a similar format. Think of it as a guide. IMPORTANT: THIS IS OPT-IN. Share as much or as little as you want to have shared with your classmates. You are not obligated to fill in all the boxes.
Step Two: PHOTOS
A picture is worth a thousand words. Please submit up to 5 photos to give us a glimpse of your life as it has unfolded over these five decades. Horizontal JPEG photos work best. Vertical photos are severelly cropped. We will supply a senior picture from the 1970 Piper. Unfortunately, we can not upload your photos with the form.
