Hello.
The holiday spirit descended upon me in the form of two angels... well, two bourbon-manhattan-on-the-rocks actually. They told me to enjoy the light that surrounds me.
And so, I wanted to share with you.
So... I called a friend to take a ride and hold my iPad, a human dash cam if you will, and I drove around Birmingham to show you the lights. It’s amateurish at best, complete with bumps in the road translating into jiggly images, but the smooth sounds of Jackie Gleason and Frank Sinatra smooth out the bumps.
I hope you enjoy seeing your old town, and I hope you are having a nice celebration of the solstice and everything else as well.
